Will your cleaning pass my landlord's inspection?
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 1 to 2 weeks before your move-out date, especially during peak moving periods (May to August, and end-of-year). We often have same-week availability, but booking early locks in your preferred date and time.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our move-out customers hand over keys or give us access instructions. We return the keys at the end of the job or leave them wherever you specify. Our cleaners are background-checked and fully insured.
What if my apartment is still full of furniture?
Move-out cleaning works best when the apartment is fully empty. If some items remain (appliances the landlord requires, built-ins, etc.), let us know in advance and we will clean around them. For fully furnished moves, combine our cleaning service with our Residential Moving service.
Can you also clean the windows and the sauna?
