How often should a restaurant be professionally cleaned?
Daily light cleaning is handled by your staff, but a professional after-hours clean is recommended nightly for high-volume venues and at minimum twice per week for cafés and smaller bistros. A full kitchen deep clean should happen every 4 to 8 weeks depending on volume.
Do you clean kitchen hoods and exhaust systems?
Yes. We clean hood surfaces, filters, and visible exhaust components. For full in-duct exhaust cleaning that meets fire-code requirements, we coordinate with a certified partner so you get one invoice and one point of contact.
Can you work around our operating hours?
Absolutely. Most of our restaurant clients are cleaned between 23:00 and 06:00. We also handle early-morning prep cleans for breakfast venues.
